I am looking forward to the fall model train hobby show taking place at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds Saturday, September 19 (2009).

Admission is just $5 and children 5 and under are free. They always have lots of vendors and some operating modular layouts of various scales to view. (My son always likes the Thomas the Tank Engine play layout which allows him to run the trains). As always, it takes place in the Education Building.
